RE-EDITED BLU-RAY VERSION OF CHARITY CONCERT ‘A CONCERT BY THE LAKE’ WITH ERIC CLAPTON, GARY BROOKER, MIKE RUTHERFORD ETC


This all-star supergroup was brought together to play a charity concert at the historic Wintershall Estate in Surrey in aid of the charity HASTE (Heart And Stroke Trust Endeavour). With Gary Brooker of Procol Harum directing from the piano, a backing band that includes Andy Fairweather Low and Mike Rutherford on guitars, Paul Carrack on keyboards and Henry Spinetti on drums gives virtuoso support to an amazing line-up of star soloists including Eric Clapton, Katie Melua, Roger Taylor, Ringo Starr and The Drifters.

This unique all-star line-up perform many of their classic tracks such as ‘A Whiter Shade Of Pale’, ‘Over My Shoulder’, ‘Lay Down Sally’, ‘The Closest Thing To Crazy’, ‘I Want To Break Free’, ‘Under The Boardwalk’ and ‘With A Little Help From My Friends’ among many others.

Re-edited for Blu-ray release from the original footage and with a new front cover.
