Island Records are releasing an expanded edition of John Martyn’s classic Live at Leeds album. Although the whole show was recorded, Island were not interested in releasing it at the time. John decided to press up some copies and sold them directly to the public from his house in Hastings Old Town. It became hugely successful.
This will be the first time the album has been released in an expanded form from the original master tapes.
